Frequently Asked Questions | eStatements

What is an eStatement?

An eStatement is an electronic copy of your periodic account statement available through PC Access. When you sign up to receive eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail, although they are available upon request. You must provide an e-mail address to receive eStatement notifications.

How do I sign up?

Signing up for eStatements is quick and easy. Simply logon to PC Access, click on the eStatement link, accept the disclosure, and select your delivery options. A valid e-mail account is required for eStatement delivery notices.

Is there a fee to receive eStatements?

No, eStatements are free for all members. In fact, by signing up for eStatements, you are helping to save your credit union money in processing fees and postage, since eStatements are much more cost-effective to produce than regular notices.

Do I need special software to view eStatements?

Yes, you must have the software that you would usually use to access the Internet, including a web browser and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. There is no special software required, however, you must use a computer that meets minimum hardware and software requirements. For a list of these requirements, please visit our PC Access System Requirements page.

Is my eStatement account information protected from others viewing it?

Yes. Your information is protected by the latest security features, including multi-factor authentication. People First FCU's eStatement service also uses 128-bit encryption security to ensure that your private information stays private.

Are eStatements e-mailed to me?

No, for security reasons, we do not e-mail actual statements over the Internet. When you sign up for eStatements, you will receive an e-mail message notifying you when your statement is available for viewing through PC Access.
