People First is happy to welcome our newest members. If at any time you have a question please, feel free to contact us. Below is some important information about your new membership with People First.

LAST STATEMENT FROM HEIGHTS:

Your final statement from Heights was sent in early January. Your tax information from Heights FCU will be sent shortly.

MEMBER NUMBER:

Your member number is a seven-digit number and is printed on the enclosed membership card.

ELIGIBILITY:

As a member of People First, eligibility is also available to your immediate family.

VISA® DEBIT CARD:

The daily limits for the People First Visa® Debit Card are up to $1,000 a day for purchases and $500 for ATM withdrawals. Your limits have been adjusted to reflect these amounts. At this time, People First does not offer Courtesy Pay for debit card transactions.

All People First office locations have an ATM. You may also use the surcharge free cash dispensing ATMs located at Wawa and Sheetz convenience stores. For greater surcharge free access in the Lehigh Valley and throughout the country, we belong to the CO-OP network. You will find cash dispensers at most Dunkin and 7-11 locations. An ATM locator is available on our website and in our mobile app.

24-HOUR ACCESS:

You can access your account 24 hours a day though PC Access and Tellerphone. Through these services you can check balances & history, transfer money, make loan payments, and even pay your bills, all at no cost.

MOBILE ACCESS, PC ACCESS AND BILL PAYER:

Mobile and PC Access help you monitor your accounts, transfer funds, view history, and make person to person transfers. Mobile Access allows you to deposit check just by taking a picture. To sign up, simply click "Registration" in the PC Access section of our website and follow the simple, online instructions. To download our app search for People First FCU on your smart device's app store.

After your balances are transferred you can set up your Bill Payer. Once your payees are created in Bill Payer, you can set up your payments to be automatic or one time.

LOANS:

From personal loans to credit cards, auto loans to mortgages and home equity lines of credit, we offer a variety of loans to fit your needs. You can apply for a loan through our website or by calling 1-877-531-5126.

CHECKING ACCOUNTS:

We offer a free checking account with no minimum balance required, no monthly service charge, and no charge per check. You will be receiving an order of checks in January with your new account information. Please destroy your old checks once these are received.

FINANCIAL COUNSELING:

All members of People First are eligible for free financial counseling through GreenPath Financial Wellness. Visit our website for more information or call 1-888-456-2227.

NEAREST BRANCH:

The closest branch to the Heights location is our Bethlehem Township office. Featuring a drive-thru, safe deposit boxes, eTellers, and a friendly staff to help you with your financial needs.
