People First Federal Credit Union is a federally chartered and insured credit union that has been serving the Lehigh Valley in Eastern Pennsylvania for over 65 years.

What’s the credit union difference?
Like all credit unions, People First is a not-for-profit financial cooperative. The credit union is owned and controlled by its members, people with accounts at the credit union.
As a credit union member, you are actually an owner! This means that instead of turning profits over to stockholders, like a commercial bank, credit unions give them back to their members in the form of higher savings rates, lower loan rates, fewer fees, and more free services.
And that makes a very real, everyday difference. You'll find a higher level of personal service and added convenience at your credit union.

You’ll have easy anytime access to your accounts 24/7/365 through all the latest technology, including PC Access online banking, our Mobile Access app, automatic bill payer, online loan and account applications, and much more.
And if you need in-person service, People First has seven strategically located branches throughout the Lehigh Valley, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Nazareth,Trexlertown, and Whitehall. We also have 13 Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) throughout the area to serve you 24 hours a day.

With over $720 million in assets and more than 70,000 members, People First serves more members than any other credit union in the Lehigh Valley.
People First is a federally chartered credit union insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) which is administered by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an agency of the federal government. Deposits are insured up to at least $250,000.
